For students final project in PLTW Engineering students had to design a prop lift system for a theater. It had to be able to lift 20ft and lift 5lbs ( to scale). The students went above and beyond with this project and built systems more robust than expected and, without much direction, added features that weren't required but enhanced the product's usability. Mrs. Eschbach said she wished they were building these life-size for the drama club!

The way to a student's heart is through....food? Students in AP Human Geography would answer with a resounding "yes!" After asking for a food day all semester long, these students enjoyed authentic, made-from-scratch cuisine from all over the world. Some of the highlights include: Bauersaks (Kazakhstan) Chicken Tikka masala (India) Spicy Curry (Japan) Milk Chocolate (Switzerland) Oatmeal rolls (Scotland) Mango Lassi (India) Shakshuka (North Africa/Middle East) Special thanks to Mrs. Banwart for cooking all of this delicious food for us!
