Bunker Hill High School

The January Student of the Month at Bunker Hill High School is Emily Bratten. Her parents are Stephen and Lisa Bratten. Her siblings are Isabelle and Andrew Bratten. Emily participates in Band, Drama Club, Soccer, National Honor Society, and Jazz band. She received a Community Service Award from Betty Phelps for Mission-Critical Education Research Activities through the National Center for Education Statistics. Her activities outside of school were Boy Scouts of America and Girl Scouts where she learned better survival skills and communication skills. She aims to go to Blackburn and work toward a Child Psychology degree. Her fondest high school memory was the all-day dress rehearsals for the drama performance where she and her friends were able to practice and have fun all day.
