This week, American Education Week 2019, the 3 administrators of #BHill8 participated in the Shadow a Student challenge. Wolf Ridge Principal Shonda Ronen shadowed an elementary student, Superintendent Todd Dugan shadowed a junior high student and BHHS Principal Matt Smith shadowed a high school student. The exercise is designed to focus on the experience of what is most important to our work in K-12 education: the students. Valuable insight and empathy were gained as a result.
